Our experience has shown two typical models in the industry for providing advisory services: the comprehensive financial plan document or the modular services agreement. While the comprehensive plan is more thorough, many clients balk at the amount of time and money required for a document that is quickly obsolete. The modular approach often begins with the adviser providing investment or insurance services, and some review of the other aspects of your financial needs on a seemingly random timetable. Our approach is different. We have developed a 360 degree strategy cycle that considers your priorities to schedule a cycle of financial reviews to give you a thorough set of financial solutions, capped off with a summary and review. We then repeat the cycle to incorporate the changes in your life and changes in opportunities and options. Each cycle is based on your priorities; our goal is to be relevant and thorough without disrupting your already busy life.
There are four members of your team that contribute to the accomplishment of your overall plan: your financial adviser, your portfolio analyst, your service first administrator and you.

Our financial advisors are a unique value we bring to our client relationships. The financial advisor is involved in your case plan to help you accurately measure your financial situation, assess your resources, and recommend suitable investments and income strategies. The financial advisor then monitors the holdings and performance of your portfolio, updates your plan, and communicates needed information between us. Each financial advisor has a defined number of clients and is actively engaged with each client. Each financial advisor is an Investor Advisor Representative with Multi-Financial Securities Corporation. Their monitoring process, planning process and review process are all designed around our 360⁰ disciplines.

A key member of your team is the Service First client administrator who works to implement your plan, and assure timely execution. Our Service First administrators are experienced in dealing with the varied components of the financial industry, and are trained in fundamentals of retirement plans, taxation, charitable, estate and financial strategies. Like your analyst, they have a defined number of clients and they specialize in you. That team works together on delivery, but you will have a single point of contact for all of your administrative needs.

A capable office staff that schedules and prepares for meetings, as well as handles office administration, round out our team.
You play a key role in the success of the work we do for you. Providing accurate information, giving thought to the impact of our planning and lending your perspective will help us to craft financial solutions for you to choose from. It may seem a daunting task at first “to go get your ducks in a row”. Our experience is that many clients begin by laying a basic planning foundation on which we build over time.
